Consult the pilot regarding details of
aircraft rough flying and whether any noise indicative of structural failure
was heard.

Carry out symmetry check on the
aircraft.

Check externally the fuselage, main
planes, tail planes and the control surfaces for any signs of damage and
wrinkles in the skin.

Check windshield for any cracks.

Check for any signs of fuel leak and
seep from the fuel tanks.

|
Check fuselage and engine mount for
any distortion and damage.
|
|
|
7.
|
Inspect main plane attachment, tail
plane attachment, under – carriage attachment and engine mount attachments
for any signs of distortion and damage.
|

|
8.
|
Inspect wing strur for Bowing.
|
|
|
9.
|
Examine control surface hinges for
evidence of damage.
|
|
|
10.
|
Check flying controls for full,
neutral position and free movement (Record control movement).
|
|
|
11.
|
Check all instruments and instrument
panel for damage and security.
|
|
|
12.
|
Check fit of doors and surroundings
area for distortion.
|
|
|
13.
|
Check engine cowling for wrinkles and
distortion.
|
